Hello Friends!

This is by far one of my favorite characters! The original idea for the character came a few months ago in my routine, pre-sleep drawing session. It was a quick sketch of a creepy character covered in spiders. I knew I had to finish this drawing!

I’ve heard authors talk about how the story just flows through them and sometimes they don’t even know where the characters are going to go. It’s as though the character is alive and has its own ideas and the writer has no choice but to follow along and hope for the best.

This character was like that for me – I knew almost immediately how the character needed to present, how it needed to be drawn, and that they were going to be unique.

Anyway, I’m happy with the results and I hope you can take a few minutes to enjoy this timelapse video.
